Well, there are legislations being passed in Oklahoma, it is one of the most restrictive ones set yet. They are punishing those who get an abortion with up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $100,000. Whereas rapists only have a 5-year sentence. This means doctors and women face a longer period of time in jail or a harsher consequence than the rapist that put them into that situation. This law only makes the exception if the woman is in danger, but rape or incest is not a valid excuse for abortion. What makes the idea of "pro-life" to this extent horrible? Abortion is a constitutional right, and the fact that the punishment for this is much more grave than that of rape or incest is what makes this situation horrible
